Xavi Simmons would also fit as a potential target. Versatile, low wages, ready for the step up. Would probably take a huge fee to pry him out of PSG but they seem to be willing.

He fell short for xG per 90. Good player though.
Might have been out of scope due to him being classified as a midfielder/forward hybrid similar to Xavi Simons or Wirtz on some platforms (e.g. fbref)
